This factory when commissioned will ‘pioneer the value addition to Sheanuts on a commercial scale primarily for the export market providing direct and indirect employment to numerous Nigerians and contributing towards increasing the non-oil export earnings of the nation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Location: Ikenne, Ogun

Job Summary

• Responsible for securing an organization's physical and digital security.

Job Description

• Direct and Develop Security roadmaps and strategies to effectively manage risk, respond to incidents, maintain continuity of Operations, and safeguards the Organisation
• Develop and deploy a world class security awareness cultures
• Recommend industry’s best practices and available tools to protect physical site and site personnel
• Keep senior management informed of security-related issues on an ongoing basis (periodic reporting)
• Partners with Admin Officer to ensure consistent sanctions for security violations
• Liase and coordinate the activities of all security personeel within the organisation.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

• The candidate must reside within Ogun State - Ikenne or Shagamu region
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Knowledge and experience in state and federal information security laws and all other applicable regulations
• Good verbal communication and listening skills
• A high level of integrity and trust.
