Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to:

• Be the ambassador of Philips Domestic Appliances with e-Retailers, innovating to drive successful sell-out activities with an optimal product offering; and to initiate & stimulate local and regional trade marketing actions. 

You Are Responsible for

• Defining customer-specific shopper activation plans as part of the “commercial triangle” (sales, marketing and trade marketing)
• Planning and implementing digital trade marketing activities for e-retailers and omni-retailers in West and East Africa
• Analyzing inventory levels, sell-out and sell-in data, acting on it and reporting to the region
• Support and implement digital trade marketing actions and tools
• Closely cooperate with the district leaders to realize sales targets at key customers, and provide input for the local channel strategy
• Developing and executing integrated management framework of attracting, training, motivating, and retaining digital promoters

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• 5 years’ experience in similar role (Marketing (preferable digital), Trade, Retail)
• Bachelor or higher degree
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Experience working with distributors/resellers
• Team player
• Out-of-the-box mentality with a contagious positivity
• Experience with product market introductions
• Consumer-focused, strong analytical approach, mindful of trends
• Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function
• Problem solving skills
