MG & Choice Properties is a real estate firm specialized in selling landed properties & houses, Property Development, Property Management, Renting & Letting, Property Renovation & Interior Décor, Property Search & Titles Documentation. We operate in the entire spectrum of Real Estate Sector across Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing and sales campaigns
• Participate in strategy sessions to identify customer’s prospect sales opportunities.
• Listening to customer requirement and presenting appropriately to make sales.
• Perform cross –functionally, with marketing, sales and operation to prepare and present solutions to customers.
• Maintain and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Researching, identifying and cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for mew business.
• Identify resale opportunities.
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and product.
• Keep informed on industry news and trend, products, services, competitors, relevant information, existing and emerging technologies, and the least product-line development.
• Evaluating marketing campaign and monitoring competitor activity. Document account activities, generate reports and keep records of business transaction with customer and suppliers.
• Conducting marketing research such as customer questionnaires to ensure client satisfaction.
• Representing the company at trade exhibition, events and demonstration to promote product or to learn about industry development.

Expectation

• Have good knowledge of all products of MG & Choice
• Meet at least 5 new prospects daily and submit contacts in daily activity report
• Bring in at least 5 people for inspection weekly
• Make at least 4 new sales monthly.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
