We are a team of Human Resource Professionals who offer integrated Business Execution Solutions in the forms of HR Training, Executive Search + Staffing & Selection, Management Consulting, Business Strategy and Advisory services. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of School

Location: Oke-Afa - Isolo, Lagos

Roles and Resposibilities

• Develop creative and responsive approaches to teaching and learning.
• Engage self-learning by develop agendas, meetings and arrange to speak at meeting minutes with parents.
• Manage and monitor staff attendance, lesson-plans, and enter time into daily timetable.
• Handle authorized emergency and safety procedures.
• Follow school’s aims and objectives strictly and implement policies that will enhance general development of the school.
• Ensure policies and practices of school are adhered and upheld.
• Supervise and evaluate school policy effects and take action where necessary.
• Ensuring a culture and ethos of support and challenge teachers for optimal delivery.
• Exhibit and express high expectations and establish community (teachers) targets.
• Assess, organize and execute flexible curriculum and effective assessment framework.
• Strategize development of emerging technologies to extend learning experience as well as plan for Continuous Professional Development of teachers termly.
• Plan, support and assess individuals and teams’ work to ensure task delegation.
• Ensure a reasonable teacher-staff school work balance.
• Sustain staff performance management effective systems and incorporate teachers’ appraisals and targets for School’s achievement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess minimum Master's Degree in Education with 4 years working experience as a lead in at an Elementary level.
• Possess certifications of trainings attended
• Have a vast knowledge of British Curriculum both at Nursery & Primary level.

Salary
N100,000 to N120,000 monthly.
