Nautilus Tech is a leading provider of technology and cloud services. We render services on Cloud migration, DevOps, software and app development, cybersecurity consultancy, SRE and infrastructure, training and support.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct research with internal and external stakeholders to discover what product initiatives would add the most value for our customers and business
• Interface directly with clients, prospects, and the Client Development teams to identify key market needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to support product strategy recommendations
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, user flows, and functional specifications.
• Ensure products we are building strike a balance between achieving user goals, business needs, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal UX Designers, Visual Designers, and Developers to reach the best possible version of a product to bring to market.
• Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods
• Clearly and proactively communicate and guide our clients on the best course of action - even in scenarios where the client has preconceptions
• Guide features from ideation to implementation to release
• Evaluate information on client needs and satisfaction and provide recommendations
• Develop, execute the product vision and supporting strategies internally and externally
• Drive product portfolio pipeline planning throughout the product lifecycle(s)
• Oversee product requirements and enhancement
• Identify new product opportunities which enable revenue growth
• Work with the implementation team to bring specifications alive into a product, negotiating between scope
• Build team culture by engagement and development to strengthen performance and drive goals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in product management at an intermediate level.
• Experience with agile methodologies and deep understanding of product management's role in various development methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering digital products and services.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Up-to-date understanding of market trends and a keen interest in following emerging technologies.
• Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement.
• Strong understanding of user experience, technical & business issues.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about doing great work.
