Job Title: Managing Director/CEO

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Reporting to: The Board of Directors

Job Description:
Candidate must have a very deep and extensive experience in Investment Banking with good understanding of relevant regulatory issues and ability to provide executive leadership and entrepreneurial drive to achieve set Company objective.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership and drive the firm through it growth phase
• Responsible for the firm’s business strategy and operational decisions
• Implement the Board’s decisions, monitor and report achievements and significant variances.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with clients and relevant regulators authorities
• Define brand values, generate revenue growth and expand the clientele and market base.
• Formulate and implement effective policies to drive best practices all through the company’s operations
• Manage and maintain a well bonded team to achieve optimum performance
• Present a good representation of the company to the public, key stakeholders and business partners

Required Qualifications:

• A good degree in a business field
• Masters and Professional qualification(s) will be added advantage
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience in investment banking

• Ability to plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner
• Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvements
• Ability to drive ides horn concept to completion and manage a team of exceptional individuals
• Strong entrepreneurship drive and excellent managerial skills
• Self-confidence, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and ability to make sound decisions
• Effective Communication skill.
