Manager at a Fast Food Restaurant

We are a fast food restaurant in Abuja selling Nigerian and continental dishes and snacks.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage/oversee the proper and profitable running of the restaurant including staff orientation and management
• Develop initiatives to boost sales, profitability and customer count
• Conduct monthly meetings with staff to discuss lessons learned and ways of improvement
• Good housekeeping by making sure everywhere is clean at all times (floor, toilet, kitchen, washing and generator area)
• Inventory management – ensure requests for ingredients/items needed are made early enough.
• Ensure outdoor catering food items are delivered on time and utensils used are returned washed and complete
• Production management - taste all foods and juice before display
• Customer service management – ensure customers are treated rightly
• Check Generator diesel level at intervals and ensure the tank is refilled not later than 4pm when the day is bright enough. Also ensure generator is serviced when due (i.e every 200 running hours)
• Ensure availability of fresh fruits and water in the chillers
• Check food level in bain marie and refill before complete depletion
• Ensure all items used for productions are always available.
• Ensure vehicles are in good working conditions always
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly report
• Ensure the right recipes are adhered to when cooking.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
• Candidates should have at least, 2 years experience to manage the organization.
