A productivity oriented organization in this 21st century economy is expected to be holistic in its Manpower planning and development but what is feasible in this your adverts is a demonstration of why will continue to struggle in the quest to meet up with countries with a result and ability based recruitment policy. What is the stake of HND holders in this sinking boat called Nigeria? We will never get there if we continue like this.

It is nonsensical, unacceptable and lopsided at this stage if a Whole Pencom base requirement for employement only on BSc and fail to realise that nation building is not only BSc holders act but all. If this partioning continues, when is it that organisation the real Pencom?

i want to believe it was an oversight, and that by mentioning bachelor degree, they are simply refering to graduates of both HND & BSc. Let all HND holder pretend as if that's not what they're doing, but join in the excersise. You can then let your voice be heard if you're being segregated or disqualified from participating as an HND holder. God Bless Nigeria if it's still existing.

My point is dat y 're confusing people of applying 4 job vacancy 4 years of experience, now tell me how can a fresh or graduate without job who intend 2 apply 4 his/her dream job base on career field of study wil b gotten or require 5 - 12 working experience to apply 4 job. Is unfair now, if they don't want d fresh/unemploy graduate 2 b employ or work they should stop advertising 4 unemploy graduate and go ahead 2 advertise job position 4 working class experience workers who is already been employed 4 swap and stop deceiving d unemploy graduates.

If a graduate is unployed it indirctly mean that he or she does not have working experience or less so why put 5 to 10 years work experience.what then now made them unemployed?please allow for non job experience .

First i think this is an error as the Company recruiting may be PTAD not PENCOM.
Secondly Bachelors could mean both BSc and HND. if the discrimination of the HND graduates is to continue let the government provide a plateform strickly for HND graduates instead of misleading this hard working Nigerians that Bsc and HND is the same and then turn on to disqualify them and opt for only Bachelors.
@Choice the same challenge here. May be the email address is for same purpose.

There is a difference between perception and reality. The Act that establishes polytechnic is categorical in its objectives which amongst others include: provision of middle level managers to fill gaps between NCE & BSC.

My wonderful brothers and sisters with HND,it is not exactly as you have opined. Somehow it is relatively easier for HND holders to get a job than Bsc. holders,I would have been employed in one of the buoyant banks if I had HND. Go to banks, their workers are predominantly ND and HND holders.
Most Bsc. jobs they advertise are almost non-existent,believe me. Now look at the above job advert which is the object of your chagrin, where am I suppose to get 12 years working experience with all those certifications? I vehemently believe they have found those they are looking for, from other sectors maybe, because they can't be found on job boards utilised by fresh graduates.
Tomorrow now, they start making audacious claims of how they have created millions of jobs in the last 3 years.
