Hudson Trident Limited is a Nigerian registered company providing specialist services to the Maritime and Oil and Gas Industries in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maritime Service Admin Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • To render assistance in the execution and administration of all Maritime Services projects.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Assist in the preparation and development of project documents such as proposals, EOIs, bids, tenders, proposals, presentations, and other projects as directed by the Unit Head.
  • Assist with the execution of all projects undertaken by the Unit
  • Follow up on all bids, tenders, and application processes.
  • Follow up on all correspondence, payments, and invoices.
  • Maintain documentation of all activities in a logical and retrievable manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of correspondence to external recipients.
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of all company vehicle documents such as roadworthiness, insurance, and vehicle license.
  • Responsible for maintaining files in a logical and retrieval manner.
  • Responsible for processing vouchers for departmental and other administrative expenses.
  • Responsible for the management and retirement of the operational float as directed by the Finance Manager.
  • Responsible for ensuring that office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the office premises are kept clean at all times.
  • Responsible for open and lock-up arrangements of the office on a daily basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BSc Degree or Higher National Diploma in a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Professional certificates in Project Management are desirable for this role
  • Keen interest, ability, and experience in research activities are key to this role.
  • 3+ years related work experience in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (e.g. word, excel, outlook, project, Visio), internet, and email.
  • The ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines under pressure.
  • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
