Responsibilities

Your main role will include negotiating with national and international hotel chains and airlines; the objective being to build client partnerships and increase company revenue streams, you will analyse opportunities throughout the country, adding value to existing client relationships, you will help to drive down air and hotel accommodation costs through strong negotiations skills. You will be a member of the online booking project team and other related projects. As a candidate for this position, you should have at least 5 years experience in a similar role within the corporate travel industry, be familiar with corporate travel environments, Knowledge of online booking tools. Superb negotiations skills, solid communication and presentation skills in addition to excellent project management skills.

4.)  Protocol Services Manager
 
Responsibilities

Good manners is not just about using the right fork or keeping your elbows off the table, corporate protocol exists for a good reason, and the rules of good manners in the corporate world are not always trivial or simple common sense. The Manager we seek must be very adept in VIP meet and greet services. check-in procedures, land and air transport management, hotel handling etc. A minimum of 5 years experience in similar position required

5.)  Regional Managers (Operation) - 4

Responsibilities

You must be an experienced Finance/Accounting person to apply for this position. Our Regional Managers for Operations are able to track revenue, do on-the spot revenue audits, motivate and supervise employees at all locations within the region, liaise and grow 3rd party relations in addition to exhibiting operational capability to grow services and revenue in your coverage area.

6.)  Corporate Sales Manager

Responsibilities / Qualification

The purpose of the CSM is to use your proven sales skills and strategically build customer confidence and commitment to return an increase in revenue from the B2B Travel subsector. The perfect candidate for this role will come with extensive knowledge and experience of Corporate Travel Business. Key responsibilities include building relationships with existing corporate ravel clients, sub-agents, whilst having the ability to identify potential new businesses, successfully negotiating contracts with these clients to achieve retention and acquisition targets. The ability to negotiate internally and externally at all level is essential as is being able to get yourself in front of key decision makers within the client organisation, using your strong influencing skills to change their mind set with a positive outcome for the business. This is a unique opportunity to join our travel brand. This position is ideal for self-starter who wants to have buckets of autonomy and who can bring a creative, innovative approach to deliver and shape the future of the Nigerian Travel business.

7.) Ticket & Insurance Claims Manager

Responsibilities

As our Ticket & Insurance Claims Manager. you must be very versatile in ticket refund, rerouting, cancelling and revalidation issues. You must have extensive knowledge of the travel Industry and some air1ine experience in same department will be of advantage. You will also lead a team of claims handlers and make sure that they deal with Travel insurance claims efficiently. You will directly interface with airlines, passengers and travel insurance product suppliers for reimbursement while working to maintain our policy of 3D-minutes claim processing mandate. You must have extensive claims resolution experience. A minimum of 5 years cognate experience required.

8.)  Head, Customer Support
 
Responsibilities

Keeping our customers is keeping our business. Your chief job is trouble shooting, ensuring that no client is ever lost on your watch. Our Ideal Candidate must have excellent verbal and written English. Well experienced in travel/tour operations, be aware of current laws and legislations. Your key Responsibilities will include ensuring that any and all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently to the satisfaction of all involved. To seek this position, you must be aware of monthly target figures and your roles in meeting them. Be able to train and supervise junior staff members. 9.)  Tour Packaging Manager
 
Responsibilities

Travel is our business, saving money for our customers is our passion. As our Tour Packaging Manager, you will interface with local and international hotels, airlines and other travel suppliers to significantly drive down overall cost for the customer while providing good volume business to Travel suppliers. You must be adept at finding great local and international packages that meets or exceed customers' expectations while delivering good revenue stream to all stakeholders. Your research skills must be excellent and you must have good nose for sweet deals that keeps all concerns happy. You must have worked in a fairly large travel agency prior to now and must be passionate about tours and deal packaging

10.) Trade Research Executive.
 
Responsibilities

You will directly work with the Tour Packaging Manager and in-between services with the Corporate sales Manager. Your job will be to scout local and international travel deals, constantly check and compare own prices and values with competition and alert relevant units to emerging opportunities. You must be hungry for finding new and hard to-find opportunities with extensive interest in leading change that ultimately benefits our customers. You must have extensive Travel Industry experience.

11.) Special Project Manager

Responsibilities

As the SPM, you will lead new project implementation team, oversee expansion activities and constantly review ongoing operations to determine weak links that may need fixing. You will provide leadership to deliver in line with business plans. You will manage the technical (online project) team, attend client meetings to review and enhance system procedures, make system recommendations. You will also oversee our branch network expansion project. To fit our bill, you must have worked in the airline industry or in corporate travel environment. You must be ready and willing to travel at very short notices and be able to work project schedules with zero variances

12.)  Chief Internal Auditor
 
Responsibilities/Qualification

If you think prevention is better than cure, you may be who we are looking for to take charge of our internal audit unit. You will take full responsibility for the internal audit function of Fly4cheaper.com and other subsidiary undertakings to provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of financial control measures already in place. You will be working with management at different levels to ensure appropriate action plans are put in place to minimize business risks identified. Your Responsibilities will include developing an audit programme and audit scope documents linked to the business risks identified, carrying on high quality audits which give assurance on key risk areas and provide practical recommendations to help management run their business areas as efficiently as possible and reduce control risks. You will produce audit reports with clearly prioritized actions. You will provide advice on internal controls and support senior management in developing specific risk transfer and mitigation strategies to address risks identified.

13.)  Travel Office Managers (13)
 
Locations:
Lagos, Abuja. Ilorin, Katsina, Minna, Owerri, Asaba, Enugu, Warn, Benin, Uyo, Kano, Yola, Gombe, Sokoto & Maiduguri Offices.

Responsibilities
This position will suit either an experienced Travel Agency Manager or an individual that has strong long-haul/ tailor -made travel experience including fares and excellent knowledge of SABRE GDS. You will manage our City or Airport Office location in any of the identified cities managing a team of experienced travel consultants and ticketers for Day-to-Day Ticketing & Reservation activities, Ticket Re-issue, Revalidation and Re-routing. 14.)  Finance / Account Executives
 
Responsibilities

This position is based at Ijebu-Ode. Accounting graduate with minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in lATA approved Travel Agency, You must have knowledge of lATA system in general and specially  lATA Accounting & Billing System (BSP Link) with working experience in Maintenance of Travel Agency Accounts. Your duties will include reading and analyzing BSP reports and assisting the Head of Finance in preparation of financial statements for company and subsidiaries. You job will include reviewing, analyzing. reconciling and processing routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures

15.)  Cargo Services Manager

Responsibilities

You will manage cargo operations across the country supervising and directing activities of outstation Cargo Officers of the company. You will provide training, assistance, coaching, and couselling for the Cargo employee group, you will ensure that company standards, policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and station controld are followed. You will also be responsible for monitoring Quality-Assurance statistics daily via CMS.

16.) Regional Cargo Services Executives (4)

Locations: 
Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt and Benin

Responsibilities
You will oversee cargo operations in any of the various regional centre ensuring that operations are rendered to the satisfaction of clients and profitably. You must have a minimum of 2 years cognate experience (cargo handling) to apply.

17.) Manager, Software Development.
 
Responsibilities

In your role, you will oversee the software development team, create IT-based solutions for processes, lead Application development efforts and assist in standardizing and harmonizing internally developed applications with outsourced developments. You must have solid experience in web and standalone application developments. You must have led serious software projects and have extensive evidence of your involvement in enterprise-level developments. You must be highly knowledgeable and able to meet tight project development deadlines.
 
18.) Ticketing Executives

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidates should be around the age of 22-35 years. You must have a minimum 2-3 years experience in reservations I ticketing in an lATA-approved agency. You must have flair for doing it right, first time and every time. You must possess excellent customer care skills, excellent computer-use skill in addition to a good command of English. 19.)  General Manager, Foundation Activities

Responsibilities

The Candidate will look after the administration of the NGO partly funded by the company and streamline the whole system for smooth functioning. 20.)  Card Services Manager

Responsibilities

Fly4Cheaper loyalty programs and other cashless initiatives is being grouped into a unit. As our Card Services Manager, you will directly work with the Finance Department on the various cards initiative of the brand offering specific plans and putting in place strategies to ensure their optimum distribution and use.

Please can someone tell me why Nigerians will keep fooling their fellow country men?This fly4Cheaper thing is not an Airline,they are travel agent so dont be cajoled by d name Fly4Cheaper.I was part of those that applied for Ticketing Executive post last June and I was successful but I turned down the offer because of the following reasons 1-they gave an offer without stating my remuneration package.2-I should report for training without offer letter stating my monthly take-home.In addition,those who accepted the offer were asked to report to an Hotel in Ijebu-Ode(Ogun State)for training is that how cheap our graduates are?Called to report for training without seeing your condition of service?Did not give offer letter till the last day of the training..(10:45pm)That was the time they called everybody out from his/her hotel to come for offer letter.They offered Ticketing Executive #37,500 monthly when some of those who went for the training hoping to sign a fantastic offer by resigning from their various place of work where they earn between #70,000 & #90,000.Even after the training there was no office on ground.Only Lagos office was ready.Abuja,Port Harcourt,Warri,Kano,Maiduguri were not ready..Is that a serious organisation?Even my friends who accepted the offer in Abuja were not paid for the period they were waiting for the Abuja Airport office to be approved for them to have a stand..After some weeks of waiting endlessly they asked the Abuja staff to be reporting at the city office at Area 11,Abuja.Does that sound they are serious?Just three(3)months after they started most of their employees have left that's why they are bringing this deceptive advert on.If you have a job please hold on to that while you wait on God.Dont jump from frying pan to fire...Be wise!

Adeola Shola, I must appreciate your courage of expressing yourself. I wonder why Nigerian graduates are taken for a ride. During my days in Nigeria, I suffered a similar thing. I was called for an interview in PortHarcourt along side with others and at the end, we were offered a job at a business centre where we were placed on a commission of N500. What an insult to my certificate! Angrily, we left the office and I personally sent the agency a heart aching text message while others went back to read them a riot act. I urge all applicants to learn from your story before they regret it. Today, I am enjoying my life abroad. God bless you Shola.
