APIN is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Associate

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities
The position holder will be solely responsible for overseeing and reviewing the financial activities of NGOs and CBOs as partners of APIN, for the management of petty cash and some banking activities as the need arises.

• Collate and review financial reports from program partners (CBOs and FBOs)
• Post financial reports to QuickBooks
• Prepare reimbursement schedules to partners
• Manage the office petty cash
• Carry out reconciliation of site advances account

Qualifications and Experience
Candidate must possess a B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a donor funded program.

Technical and Behavioural Competencies
The ideal job holder is expected tpossess the following competencies:

• Ability to use own initiative
• Ability to use Quickbooks Accounting software
• Mastery of rudiments of accounting
