Rossland Group since the year 2000 provides market research and management consulting services to clients in the private and public sectors within and outside Nigeria. In 2013, it expanded the scope of its services to include Professional Background Screening and Business Brokerage. In 2015 and 2016, it added franchise consulting and recruitment services respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Jabba, Niger
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities
The tasks will include:

• Managing an outgrower project team of about 10 key officers including two Agronomists.
• Other extended team members include Extension Agents.
• Preparation of project's quarterly reports, communication reports and other relevant reports
• Workplan development and management; project milestones management and timely delivery.
• Maintaining a cordial working relationship between the Project's Grantor and Grantee
• Plus performing related tasks.
• Project duration is 22 months.

Qualification

• An Agricultural Economist at MSc level with a minimum of 3 years in mid level to senior level position in a donor funded project.
• Knowledge of rice outgrower project management will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills both in oral and written skills are not negotiable. Highly required.
• Must show evidence of past written reports produced.
• Knowledge of Northern Agri production landscape will be an advantage.
