Delaquine Services - Our Client, a Limited Liability Company, is a leading merchant and distributor of Electronics and Electrical products, representing number of leading global brands in Nigeria and across West African Countries. The company has been a leading manufacturers' representative importer, distributor and merchant of all kinds of Electronics products, home appliances, Electrical wares, Real Estates and more, for over 30 years since its' existence in Nigeria. They have multiple offices and depots in Lagos, Abuja and other regions beyond. We are recruiting for them to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Sales Executive - B2C
Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Report to: Executive Director

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the product range in line with company budgets and strategic plans.
• Manage sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas.
• Generating leads and prospecting for new sales and opportunities.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources.
• Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands the company’s customer. base and ensures its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing or relevant field.
• Well exposed to B2B and B2C marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years cognate experience as SALES EXECUTIVE role in an FMCG organization.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Experience in selling Electronics and Electrical products, will be an added advantage.
• Certification in Professional Sales and other relevant courses, will be ideal but not compulsory.
