Solana Transports and Logistics is an automobile company which primary responsibility is to engage in the business of an efficient, seamless and reliable land transportation services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spy Police Driver

Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Timely and safe transportation of company employees and various products and materials to and from designated locations.
• Support for loading and unloading personal luggage, products and materials. Adjust your itinerary to avoid traffic jams and road construction.
• Strict compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
• Timely and safe transportation of company employees and various products and materials to and from designated locations.
• Support in loading and unloading personal luggage, products and materials.
• Adjusting itinerary to avoid traffic jams and road construction.
• You are responsible for tickets issued by traffic / vehicle enforcement authorities while driving.
• Provides an accurate time log of the company vehicles entry and exit.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management
• Any defects in the company vehicle, should be reported to the management immediately.
• Perform regular inspections of the company vehicle before the start of your daily work to ensure that the company vehicle is in good working condition.
• Doing other chores such as shopping, buying lunch, and running other errands.
• Make sure that your health is not compromised, which can affect your performance while driving the company's vehicle.
• Driving thevehicles safely and in such a manner as not to constitute nuisance to self and others.
• Responsible for the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle
• The driver shall observe strict company rules, regulation and policies

Requirements

• Possess an SSCE qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years experience.
• Must have a spy police license or CPO license with excellent and clean driving record
• Must have excellent knowledge of routes and road signs
• Good communication skills; should be able to read and write
• Must be reliable, punctual, time conscious and flexible
• Must have a valid driver’s license at least 2 year prior to expiration.
• Must have undergone training as a spy driver
• Must be willing to drive and travel long distances
• Must be conversant with highway code and other road safety regulations
• Must reside in FCT-Abuja.

Skills:

• Ability to drive manual Gear and Automatic gear.
• Defensive driving skills
• Alertness while driving
• Good mechanical skill to detect mechanical errors
• Excellent knowledge of Abuja road routes and it's environs.
