Job Title: Sales Director

Job Description

  • In line with company strategies, increasing the sales performance and profitability of the regional stores that are affiliated with it, increasing customer satisfaction by taking plans and actions that will increase the service and service quality of the stores affiliated to it, contributing to the personal development of the sales team in the stores affiliated to it, and making career planning. to support.
  • Developing strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency.
  • Goal setting, coaching and performance tracking by establishing and managing own sales team.
  • Determining the store norm staff and presenting them to the HR unit and managing the related processes. To support the process by working in coordination with HR in the process of recruiting and exiting store personnel. Personnel shift and leave tracking. To follow up the personal rights of the employees.
  • Creating a sales point to increase the market share of its own region in line with company strategy targets.
  • Measuring the suitability of the requests submitted to him from the franchisees, making head-to-head analyzes, ensuring a quick return with the manager he is affiliated with.
  • Analyzing the performance-based turnover break-even costs of the franchisees, conducting business development studies.
  • Determining the location suitability of newly opened stores within the framework of competitor structuring analysis, which we consider to be potential and vacant.
  • Dividing the annual/monthly targets of the region on the basis of sub-region and store, declaring them to franchisees and following the realization rates of the targets.
  • Providing support for a solution by informing the relevant units about the sales processes and quality in the stores, the shipment goods acceptance processes and the necessary office operations.
  • Providing necessary training and guidance to franchise sales personnel on company merchandising programs, product, warehouse stock management, sales and after-sales services.
  • Ensuring a coordinated work with the architectural works department on store renovation and furnishing planning in line with the corporate merchandising criteria of the company in the opening processes of new franchises.
  • Monitoring the risk/collateral balances of existing franchises
  • Making reports and taking actions by analyzing and controlling market and competitor dynamics well within his/her responsibility.
  • To make competitive analysis. Gathering market-related information on all internal and external developments, opportunities and threats, changes in expectations regarding Retail Management activities, and informing the top manager of the necessary actions and changes.
  • Carries out marketing and promotion activities for the target market.
  • Responsible for following the product, price and sales policies of competitor companies/brands.
  • Presenting sales, income and expense reports and realistic estimates to the management team by making annual budgets
  • Developing strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency.

General Qualifications

  • Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration / Marketing departments of universities,
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing or franchise,
  • Experienced in Consumer Durables and / or Furniture industry,
  • Solution and result oriented, successful in relationship management,
  • Good knowledge of excel.
  • Able to manage risk.
  • Advanced analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English,
  • Developed persuasion and negotiation skills, prone to teamwork,
  • High individual motivation
  • Advanced problem solving and representation skills
  • No travel restrictions.
  • Able to analyze and report on the sales performance of the team.
