Jades Hotel is one of the leading hospitality company located in Abuja, approximately 35minutes drive from the Nnamdi Azikiwe International airport, about 5minutes drive from the international Conference Center / National Assembly complex and the Federal Secretariat.

The hotel has 60 comfortable and stylish luxury bedrooms, en-suite, great cooling system in all rooms, writing desk and satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, direct-detail telephone/modern and Wi-Fi. It has conference and banqueting facilities available with seating capacity from 100 to 150 for conference and banqueting. Each venue is air-conditioned, with standard audiovisual equipment, available on request.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar fields
• At least 2 years of experience in a Hotel in the same/similar field.
• Work experience as HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software
• Experience in conducting interviews
• Ensures confidentiality is maintained at all times and provides information only to those with a need to know.
• Understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations
• Effective written and excellent communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures.
