Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Description

• The position reports directly to the Board of Directors. The incumbent who works closely with the Board serves as a strategic partner and advisor to the Board.
• He or She ensures that the strategic intent, mission vision vales and transformation spends are achieved.
• The successful person will co-ordinate the formulation sign and we of the corporate strategy, goals and even addition to the provision of overall strategic leadership direction and guidance to management and staff creating an agile workforce for the growth expansion and diversification of in business.
• This is an acting leadership position that present a tremendous opportunity for innovativeness and transformative airship. This is coupled with the excitement that comes with successful outcomes

Person Specifications

• First Degree or its event from a recognized tertiary institution preferably in Actuarial Management, Social Sciences or allied discipline. The candidate must be a misted Member of the Chartered institute of insurance of Nigeria (CIN) and the possession of ACIIN or its equivalent is mandatory. Possession of er professional qualifications such an ACCA ACA or a Master's degree Business Administration are advantageous.
• Minimum of 15 yam post-qualification experience in insurance bin (10) of which must be at sec management level in the Technical Department of an insurance or reinsurance company
• Demonstrable commercial acumen with competence in strategy and business panning, financial analysis and business development, growth & expansion, risk management, governance and strategic partnership.
• Sound knowledge of and expertise in general insurance business regulatory framework and best practice.
• Excellent leadership problem solving communication, regulation and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• The candidates must be IT savvy, adaptable and someone of integrity with sound business ethics.
