Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Description
Employee Relations:
The requirements of this key result area will include but are not limited to:-
Manage all matters pertaining to employee welfare
Administration of Leaves & absences
Function as liaison between employees and management
Manage employee complaints including conflict resolution.
Organize and update employee files, contracts of employments & other employee data
Promote equality & respect as part of company culture
Develop & manage employee-related programs, such as team-bonding sessions, employee appreciation programs etc.
Participate in disciplinary and grievance hearings and also implement disciplinary procedures accordingly
Onboarding, Induction & Orientation:
The requirements of this key result area will include but are not limited to:-
Ensure adherence to core values and promote corporate culture
Plan and deliver new employee orientation & induction programs
Administration of joining documents; Employee Handbook, Codes of Conduct, Job Description etc.
Training & Development:
The requirements of this key result area will include but are not limited to:-
Administration & coordination of internal training programs
Analyze training needs in collaboration with line managers and heads of departments
Coordinate and monitor Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) and Tran-the-Trainer activities
Coordinate & administer training assessments to monitor training impact
Manpower Planning:
The requirements of this key result area will include but are not limited to:-
Develop manpower planning strategies considering immediate & long term requirements
Communicate managements decisions on re-assignments, transfers etc.
Consult closely with all departments while assisting line managers to understand and implement HR policies & procedures
HR Information Systems:
The requirements of this key result area will include but are not limited to:-
Manage and maintain the HR application software & self-service portal
Utilize the HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees, and meet the other needs of the organization
Compensation and Benefit Administration:
The requirements of this key result area will include but are not limited to:-
Establish & maintain company salary structure, pay policies, and oversee variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain talent
Administer employee benefits packages and conduct benefit orientations and other benefits training for employees and their dependent.
Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management:
The requirements of this key result area will include but are not limited to:-
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Recruitment and Selection:
The requirements of this key result area will include but are not limited to:-
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital
Lead the interview & selection team for potential employees
HR Compliance:
The requirements of this key result area will include but are not limited to:-
Ensure company compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations with the aim of minimizing risk.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
