Job Title: Regional Manager (Expression of Interest)
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Oversee regional operational issues including Site outage management, Diesel management, infra repairs, asset management and non-routine works.
Manage / Coordinate with regional operation staff related to operational works.
Customer teams’ coordination, updating and engagement including required reports submissions, presentations etc.
Ensure compliance across the regional operational process PPM, site repairs, waste management and others as applicable.
Ensure HSE compliance.
Take ultimate ownership of the regional projects, services and delivery teams and ensure that they are delivered in a manner that meets and exceeds our clients’ expectations.
Serve as a point of escalation in the operational/delivery of regional issues and remain accountable for driving them to satisfactory resolution.
Ensure that the way in which services are delivered are maximise customer satisfaction and profitability for NEC West Africa.
Ensure that a clear understanding of contractual obligations are carried through to delivery teams and integrated into the ways of work.
Deliver services in line with, internal operational level agreements;
Organise and manage service delivery and teams in a manner that is cost efficient and effective for successful delivery.
Implement operational processes so that it operates as efficiently and effectively as possible;
Ensure that operations and projects are delivered in line with the necessary regulations, governance and internal frameworks; and
Mitigate operational risk and exposure stemming from regional operational activities.
Regional operations staff performance and retention
Key Performance Measures
Site meeting SLA per site priority above SLA
Diesel management per site allocations per client
Site automation numbers to be sustained and improve per repairable assets and new system deployment
Ensure site on RMS and RMS availability of 99% or above
Operational and HSE Process compliance as per clients scoring system
Experience & Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in similar role of which at least 3 years have been in a leadership role in a telecommunication company/industry.
Proven ability to drive collaboration and lead multi-disciplinary matrix teams
