Job Description
Plan & execute the requirements for the complete fulfilment of any product configuration/integration work assigned.
Provide Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Technical Support for all IP Based services including IP Telephony.
Provide timely Problem-to-Resolution of all IP-based protocols including those for iGP and eGP, MPLS,
Provide support when interfacing with network carriers and ISPs in LAN/WAN scenarios.
Plan, Implement & Support Linux/Windows OS Servers including Virtualization & Cloud Computing (VMware / Hyper-V) Systems.
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
Plan, Implement & Support all LAN/WAN infrastructure, Mobile/Wireless IP networks, BYOD's & IOT's.
Provide Tier 1/2/3 Support for Co-location, Airport Management Systems, Customer Backup/Backend Networks and ISP/Carrier support services as required.
Provide timely on-site and remote support to all Airport Management Systems including CUTE/CUPPS/CUSS Systems.
Provide accurate reporting of ticket incidents, service requests & change procedures to all Airport Management Systems including CUTE/CUPPS/CUSS Systems in accordance with international best practices.
Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, automation, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers
Provide expert recommendations on the design, integration, testing and/or delivery of all Airport Management Solution devices and related IT assets.
Provide follow-up on escalations and resolve all Open Incidents, Service Requests & Change Procedures ensuring zero tolerance within a given timescale.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance/updates/upgrades as required to all ICT Assets under the responsibility of the company.
Maintenance of an accurate WIKI, audits/assessments, service changes, and technical documentation of duty processes, support resolutions, and procedures used.
Provide E2E technical understanding, knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
Execute leadership to technicians/CSA's in matters of customer and employee satisfaction, adding value to the business, quality of work and operational efficiency
Maintain a strong, positive and collaborative relationship with all interfaces even in stressful situations.
Ensure Compliance with work health and safety matters at all times.
Conducts and/or attends regular meetings/ training programs to ensure optimal Service Improvements are communicated effectively to team units & other targeted users.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor/line manager.
Qualifications
Minimum of a First Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Information Technology.
CCNA, etc required.
2 - 5 years work experience.
