The Public Sector Management Programme is a one year intensive course designed to equip Anglophone West African countries with a critical mass of Public Sector Managers, trained to provide effective leadership for meeting the developmental challenges in their various countries. The programme provides professional training that leads to the award of a Masters of Public Sector Management (MPSM) degree.
It is an innovative training programme for Efficient and Effective Public Sector.
Management introduced by the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) with the support of the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF).
