Qualifications

• A candidate for this post should normally possess a good first degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Economics together with a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field such as Construction Management, Building/Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying.
• The candidate must have at least four (4) years of teaching and research experience since becoming Lecturer II in a University or comparable institution of higher learning and should be registered with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN).
• Candidate must also have the ability to teach courses at the undergraduate level with evidence of practical skills and competence.
• Evidence of scholarly publications in reputable journals is also required in addition to ability to supervise post-graduate students in areas of expertise.
• The candidate must have been a Lecturer II for a minimum of three (3) years.

Salaries and Allowances
CONUASS 4 (N1,122,751.00 – N1,444,535.00) per annum
