About the Role

• As a Content Creator & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and driving organic growth for our herbal product company.
• Your role will be central to building brand trust, increasing engagement, and growing our audience across multiple platforms.

Mission / Purpose

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality videos, images, and written content tailored to our brand and target audience.
• Social Media Growth: Implement strategies to grow followers and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster strong relationships with our audience.
• Analytics: Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine content and strategies for better results.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the team to develop campaigns and content that align with our brand’s goals and objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into our content and strategy.
• Brand Voice: You will appear as the brand's voice in videos posted on the brand's social media page.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience creating and managing content for social media platforms.
• Portfolio: Proven examples of successful social media campaigns and content.
• Certifications: Knowledge of content creation and social media strategies is a plus (e.g., certifications in social media management or content marketing).

Ideal Candidates must have:

• A strong portfolio showcasing engaging content and organic growth results.
• Knowledge of social media growth strategies and content best practices.
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engagement.
• A data-driven approach to analyzing and improving content performance.

Require Competencies

• Basic Creative Skills: Ability to create engaging content, including video editing and graphic design. Our graphic designer may support you occasionally.
  NB:You do not need to be an expert video editor, if you are good at making TikTok video, you are a pass!
• Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of algorithms, growth strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
• Copywriting: Craft captions and posts that drive engagement and align with the brand voice.
• Data-Driven Approach: Use analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies.
• Trend Awareness: Ability to identify and leverage trends to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to meet content schedules and deadlines.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on social media progress.

Technical Knowledge Needed:

• Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation.
• Meta Business Suite and other social media management tools.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month
