Job Title: Head of Finance

About the Job

• The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial planning. 
• This role is crucial to Landmark’s continued growth and success, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Lead the finance team in delivering high-performance results aligned with corporate goals.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax and statutory obligations.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop annual budgets, manage liquidity, and provide insights for strategic decision-making on projects and funding.
• Internal Controls: Evaluate and enhance internal financial controls, particularly around payment procedures.
• Reporting & Analysis: Deliver comprehensive financial reports to management and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with proven leadership and management experience.
• Expertise in financial strategy, planning, analysis, and compliance.
• Strong skills in financial software, modeling, and regulatory knowledge.
