Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily business operations.
• This role is essential for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and the smooth functioning of all company processes.

​Responsibilities

• ​Manage and lead day-to-day operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• ​Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
• ​Supervise and mentor a team, providing guidance and conducting performance evaluations.
• ​Monitor key operational performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
• ​Collaborate with various departments to support overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.

​Requirements

• ​​A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role within the real estate or finance industry.
• ​Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• ​Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• ​A strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
