• We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets.
• This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to manage a team effectively while responding to security concerns proactively.
• As a Security Supervisor, you will implement security protocols, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• You will be responsible for training and developing security staff, monitoring and reporting on security incidents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• This position demands strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to remain calm and collected in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure proper implementation of security protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of security systems and practices.
• Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Respond to security breaches and emergencies promptly, coordinating with law enforcement as needed.
• Develop and maintain security procedure manuals and training materials for staff.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to identify security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security management procedures and protocols.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and external partners.
• Proficient in using security technology and systems, including CCTV and access control systems.
• Ability to recruit, train and deploy gaurds.
• Ability to source potential clinets for the organization.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.
