Job Title: Assistant Production Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

•  Implement and maintain an effective inventory management system on production materials, ensuringavailability for smooth production.

Production Management:

• Identify and deploy the right technical skills, resource levels, and systems to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate with external resources as necessary to meet production goals.
• Ensure that practices and processes are consistent to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Monitor production workflow to ensure production targets are achieved daily, weekly and Monthly

Quality Control:

• Ensure consistency in quality standards across all production processes.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in finished garments.

People Management:

• Lead and manage a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated working environment.
• Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to improve team performance.

Process Improvemen:

• Develop and implement improvement in production process for garment construction to increase productivity.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement changes that increase efficiency.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and report daily production metrics, identifying anyareas that require adjustment.
• Use Excel to organize data, create reports, and analyze production performance.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Fashion and Textile or related field
• Minimum of 3 years in in a production management role within the garment manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in pattern drafting and garment construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 per month.
