Job Title: Production / Back Office Executive
Location: Lagos
Working Days: 5 hybrid days (1 remote day, 3 weekdays and Saturdays onsite shifts)
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm (may extend during peak periods)
Reporting Lines: Will work with and report directly to CEO
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production/Back Office Executive based in Lagos with some work from home flexibility. The Production/Back Office Executive will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, quality control, production management, and staff training.
The role involves effective communication with the team and ensuring that all produced items meet the set quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, label materials plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage internal budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Monthly Stock Inventory Audit and weekly reports to Management
Find ways to increase quality of products
Support day-to-day store operation
Evaluate store and individual performances
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest and implement new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Packaging and delivery of client order(s)
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Qualifications
Passion for fragrance
Experience in production and operations
Understanding of the production processes.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with Team
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and close sales
Resident on the Island
Salary
N320,000 Monthly.
