Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our team in the e-commerce industry.
• As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• If you have excellent navigation skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up packages from our office location and deliver them to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Navigate through traffic and road conditions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and motorcycle license (if applicable).
• Previous experience in delivery or courier services.
• Excellent navigation skills and knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple deliveries and managing time effectively.
