Pally Agro Products Limited is a leading FMCG and agro-processing company engaged in the production and distribution of quality agricultural products such as poultry birds, eggs, feeds, and other food items.

Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Summary 

• We are seeking proactive and result-driven Sales Officers to join our team.
• Successful candidates will be assigned to a specific market and will be responsible for driving product availability, expanding customer base, and ensuring efficient stock deployment within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy stock effectively within the assigned market to maximise visibility and sales.
• Create, manage, and sustain strong customer relationships for the assigned distributor.
• Ensure all cash generated from sales transactions is accurately recorded and fully remitted.
• Submit daily sales reports, including cash received and stock balance, to your supervisor without fail.
• Maintain a professional image and strictly uphold the standards of the company and distributor at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional certifications in Sales or Marketing are an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG sales or field marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-relationship management skills.
• Must be disciplined, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with key markets such as Oke Arin, Otto, Trade Fair, Mushin, Oyingbo, etc., is an added advantage.

Compensation

• Attractive salary of N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
