Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and skilled Cook to join our hotel’s kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals, ensuring that all dishes meet the hotel’s standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• This role is essential for providing a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the hotel’s menu and recipes.
• Planning daily menus and specials.
• Ensure proper portioning and plating of meals for consistent presentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in handling, storing, and preparing food.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify the Supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
• Minimize food wastage and assist with inventory control.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with catering for events, and room service as required.
• Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
