Breitford Academy specialises in providing professional and global standard training that meets international occupational practices. We are renown for facilitating barbering training courses, hairdressing training courses, and beauty therapy training courses.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Life-Camp, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:

• Supervise the daily operations of the salon to ensure a smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Set individual goals for each staff member, evaluate their performance, and provide training and overall guidance as needed.
• Monitor salon supplies and equipment, placing orders for new stock when necessary.
• Create and distribute promotional materials aimed at attracting new clients to the salon.
• Address and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Process client payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure that the Academy always remains clean and well-maintained.

Marketing and Promotional Activities:

• Plan and execute promotional activities, including social media marketing, to increase awareness and engagement.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management capabilities.
• A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should have an OND, HND, or bachelor’s degree, with at least three years of relevant work experience.
• Proven managerial experience in a similar field is considered advantageous.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Ability to create content for social media platforms

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month + Incentives.
