Job Title: Client Relationship Associate (Real Estate / Sales)

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Associate (Real Estate / Sales)to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will manage leads, engage warm prospects, provide property information that matches their requests, promote available listings, and support the sales process.
• The role also includes attending inspections and selling properties when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and follow up on all assigned leads and briefs.
• Engage warm leads, answer client inquiries, and give accurate information.
• Advertise and promote available properties across approved platforms.
• Sell properties directly when needed.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients.
• Schedule and attend property inspections as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Prepare brief reports on client interactions, inspections, and sales progress.
• Stay informed about available properties and internal updates.

Requirements

• Education: HND or BSc Degree in any administration or social discipline
• Previous sales experience (real estate experience is an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of simple tech tools (WhatsApp, Google, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage clients professionally and follow up promptly.
• Must reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity.
• Must be available to attend physical inspections when needed.
• Ability to work remotely and meet targets.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Proximity to location is Required
