Job Title: Service Ambassador

Locations: Calabar - Cross River and Chevron - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing guidance, assistance, and support to ensure a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct customers to appropriate service points.
• Provide basic information on products, services, and digital channels.
• Assist with queue management and customer inquiries.
• Promote self-service options (ATMs, mobile, internet banking).
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

Salary
N160,000 - N170,000 monthly.
