Description

• Are you a master of mixology with a passion for world-class service? Our restaurant is one of Victoria Island’s premier fine dining destinations, is looking for a charismatic and skilled Barman to join our elite beverage team.
• We don't just serve drinks; we create experiences. If you have the "Lagos flair," a deep knowledge of premium spirits, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, sophisticated environment, we want to meet you.

Your Role

• Craft & Creation: Prepare and serve an extensive range of classic cocktails and signature house infusions with precision and speed.
• Guest Engagement: Provide personalized, "white-glove" service to our high-profile clientele, celebrities, and corporate executives.
• Inventory Excellence: Maintain a meticulous bar setup, manage premium stock (Champagnes, Cognacs, and Single Malts), and ensure zero wastage.
• Ambiance Control: Ensure the bar area remains the visual centerpiece of the restaurant—clean, organized, and inviting.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience behind the bar in a reputable fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-end lounge in Lagos (preferably VI/Ikoyi).
• Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of international wine labels, spirit categories, and the latest global mixology trends.
• The "VI" Factor: Impeccable grooming, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle high-pressure shifts with grace.
• Communication: Fluent English is essential; the ability to engage guests with confidence and sophistication.
