Job Title: Intern / Personal Assistant

Location: Life Camp, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time (Hybrid – Physical presence twice a week, remote work on other days)

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-driven Legal Intern / Personal Assistant to support our firm’s daily operations.
• This role combines administrative, personal assistance, and entry-level legal support responsibilities.
• It is ideal for a candidate who is pursuing a legal career and desires hands-on experience in a professional law practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Partners and senior legal staff.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and court appearances.
• Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain a well-structured digital and physical filing system.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Perform general office duties such as answering calls, receiving clients, and managing inquiries.
• Conduct basic legal research under supervision.
• Manage documentation for ongoing matters and update case management systems.
• Assist in reviewing and organizing evidence, discovery documents, and legal references.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and firm standards.

Requirements

• Qualification: Law Student, Corp Member (NYSC), or Legal Intern
• Female preferred
• Must have a working laptop
• Strong and reliable internet connection
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Can create engaging Social Media Content.

Salary
Negotiable.
