Job Title: Male Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Ajah Badore, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff performance.
• The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, hands-on restaurant experience, and the ability to maintain high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage and coordinate restaurant staff schedules, duties, and performance
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to improve productivity and service quality
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or wastage
• Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals
• Prepare daily reports on sales, staff attendance, and operational issues

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Required 5 years in the hospitality industry
• Must reside in Ajah
• Gender: Male
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer issues professionally
• Must reside within Ajah or its immediate environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
