We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Manager

Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps through feedback, performance data, and business goals.
• Program Design & Development: Create training materials, curriculum (workshops, e-learning, OJT), and policies.
• Implementation & Delivery: Organize sessions, manage logistics, and potentially deliver training.
• Budget & Resource Management: Control training budgets, manage vendors, and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Evaluation & Reporting: Measure program effectiveness, report outcomes to stakeholders, and ensure ROI.
• Collaboration: Partner with HR, senior leadership, and department heads.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new training methods and technologies (e.g., mobile learning, simulations).
