Job Title: Senior Wealth Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Role Summary

• We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Senior Wealth Manager to join our Asset Management team.
• This role will oversee high-net-worth client portfolios, deliver tailored investment strategies, and lead wealth advisory initiatives that align with clients’ long-term financial goals.
• You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, while also mentoring Wealth Advisors and driving the growth of our wealth management practice.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customised wealth and investment management strategies for high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure the highest levels of service and trust.
• Provide insights on market trends, portfolio performance, and investment opportunities.
• Lead and guide a team of Wealth Advisors to achieve business growth targets.
• Collaborate with the Asset Management leadership on product development and business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements
Education Qualification & Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; a Master’s or CFA certification is a strong plus.
• 6–8 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management at a senior level.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies:

• Proven track record managing portfolios for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and business development skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Deep knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
