Description

• We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations & Growth Officer to drive operational excellence and growth for CVSense, our AI-powered platform.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations, expanding our market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for business development, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
• You will act as the face of CVSense, coordinating webinars, live demos, and influencer collaborations to amplify our brand and drive user acquisition.

What You’ll Do
Operational Oversight:

• Ensure adherence to daily operational processes and workflows.
• Liaise with recruitment officers, companies, and partners to streamline collaboration.

Brand Representation:

• Act as the face of CVSense, hosting webinars, live product demos, and virtual events.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Influencer & Partnership Coordination:

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers to promote CVSense.
• Implement influencer campaigns and track their impact on growth metrics.

Marketing & Growth:

• Lead general marketing efforts, including content creation, social media, and email campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, growth metrics, and campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align marketing strategies with product updates.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, growth marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in coordinating events, webinars, or live product demonstrations.
• Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or community management.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solver with a growth mindset and a passion for EdTech or AI-driven solutions.
