Job Title: Sales & Marketing Team Lead

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Team Lead to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead a high-performing commercial team.
• The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and aggressive closer with proven experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, or related sectors.
• You will lead sales execution, design winning market strategies, build strong B2B relationships, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve and surpass revenue targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth
• Identify and secure high-value corporate and enterprise clients
• Strengthen brand visibility and market positioning
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis
• Coach, mentor, and drive accountability within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• 5–8 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within logistics or supply chain
• Strong B2B sales background with proven revenue track record
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Data-driven, target-oriented, and highly strategic

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
