Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution and completion.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competence, leadership capability, and the ability to manage complex projects while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and standards.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) requirements at all project sites.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports, progress updates, and cost reports to management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, time, and budget.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and handover processes in line with company procedures.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, construction, or oil & gas-related civil projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, COREN registration) will be an added advantage.
