Role Overview

• We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will build, maintain, and enhance mobile applications (for Android / iOS / cross-platform) that support our financial and banking product offerings.
• You’ll work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver secure, performant, and user-friendly mobile solutions that meet both business needs and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms using frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality and user experience.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth app performance.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, following best software development practices and version control (e.g., Git).
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process and product improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and frameworks to recommend new tools and approaches that enhance development efficiency.
• Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform requirements.
• Work with backend teams to ensure smooth data exchange between the app and server systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience developing mobile applications (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or Java).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Familiarity with push notifications, cloud messaging, and mobile security standards.
• Experience publishing apps to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):

• Experience in fintech or SaaS product development.
• Knowledge of Firebase, AWS, or Azure Mobile Services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of UI animation and performance optimization.
• Contribution to open-source projects or a portfolio of published apps.
