Role Overview

• We are seeking a creative, trend-conscious, and results-driven Content Creator & Marketing Officer to strengthen our digital presence, elevate brand visibility, and drive measurable sales growth.
• The ideal candidate will create compelling visual and written content, execute strategic marketing campaigns, and convert online engagement into paying customers.
• This role requires a commercially minded creative with a strong understanding of fashion aesthetics, digital trends, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality photos and videos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Create engaging reels, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, and product showcases.
• Develop captions and storytelling content aligned with the brand voice.
• Plan and manage a structured content calendar.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns to generate and convert leads.
• Manage paid ads and organic growth strategies.
• Track analytics and optimize content based on performance insights.
• Engage with online inquiries and drive conversion into confirmed orders.

Brand Development:

• Maintain visual consistency and brand positioning across all platforms.
• Monitor fashion trends and competitor activities.
• Support in-store promotions and campaign activations.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Provide weekly/monthly reports on engagement, leads, and sales conversions.
• Recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and revenue.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ND / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and paid advertising.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Must reside in Wuye, Jabi, or nearby environs (Abuja).
• Passion for fashion and creativity is highly desirable.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 (Monthly) + Performance Incentives.
