About the Role

• We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our team in Sabon Wuse, Niger State.
• The ideal candidate will have hands‑on machining experience and the ability to produce precision components in line with engineering and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathe machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets when necessary.
• Inspect machined parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance and report machine issues timely.
• Ensure all components meet required accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Lathe Machine Operator.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
• Strong measurement and quality-checking skills.
• Attention to detail and good problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to edit basic G‑code.
• Experience with multiple CNC machines.
• Technical/vocational training in machining or mechanical engineering.
