Job Title: Marketer

Location: Konwea, Asaba, Delta

Job Summary

• The Marketer will be responsible for promoting the microfinance bank’s products and services, driving customer acquisition, increasing deposits, and supporting loan portfolio growth.
• The role requires active field marketing, relationship management, and meeting set business targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Market the bank’s products including savings, current accounts, fixed deposits, and loan products
• Source new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct field marketing and community outreach activities
• Identify business opportunities within assigned locations or sectors
• Meet and exceed monthly marketing and deposit targets
• Educate customers on bank products, policies, and benefits
• Work closely with branch operations and credit teams to ensure service delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Previous experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior
• Basic knowledge of banking products and financial regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
