Role Overview

• The Regional Manager (RM) for BNPL In-Store Model is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the company’s in-store BNPL operations within the assigned region.
• The RM oversees shop onboarding, promoter performance, dealer relationships, sales growth, product visibility, repayment compliance, and operational excellence across all partner stores.
• The role requires strong leadership, field supervision, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset to ensure consistent growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with store owners, supervisors, partners and supervise all in-store sales promoters within the assigned region.
• Ensure stores/promoters meet company standards for space allocation, branding, and engagement and resolve dealer complaints and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Ensure promoters adhere to daily check-in/check-out procedures, reporting standards, and code of conduct.
• Implement sales coaching, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions where necessary.
• Monitor product sell-through, inventory levels, and turnover rate.
• Track sales performance using dashboards and submit performance reports timely.
• Monitor repayment performance and overdue trends for all in-store sales.
• Ensure promoters follow proper KYC, documentation, and customer screening guidelines.
• Submit daily/weekly reports including sales, foot traffic, promoter activity, revenue performance, and challenges.
• Ensure accurate documentation of in-store customer information and device tracking.
• Provide insights on market opportunities, competitor presence, and consumer behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in retail operations, BNPL, telecom, FMCG, or financial services.
• Proven experience in managing field teams or promoters.
• Strong understanding of retail sales and credit processes.
