G-Shoppers provide easy food shopping support to homes, career men, and women and business people who are faced with the challenge of being constantly away from home and have less or no time to shop as well as cook. We execute orders to supply food stuff and items such as fresh meat, sea foods, frozen, dry foods, vegetables, fruits, and prepped ready to cook food ingredients. We are based in portharcourt.

Job Summary

• We’re hiring a Customer Service & Sales Officer who will serve as the first point of contact for customers—mainly online. This is a full-time, on-site role.
• You will be responsible for closing sales, following up on leads, updating catalogs, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring orders are processed smoothly.
• Our sales orders come through WhatsApp (from Instagram ads and returning customers), website and 10% from in-store walk-ins. You must be sales-driven and result-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Close sales from WhatsApp leads (especially from Instagram ads).
• Follow up with new leads and returning customers until the sale is closed.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and help grow conversion rate.
• Update prices and upload new items on the WhatsApp catalog.
• Monitor daily website orders and print them out for processing.
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, chats, and complaints.
• Provide helpful product information and recommendations to customers.
• Send daily or weekly reports showing leads, conversations, orders, and conversions.
• Always maintain a respectful, professional tone with customers.
• Work in sink with other sales reps to achiev the company goals

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, websites, and basic digital tools.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Candidate must reside in Portharcourt and not far away fromEliozu the office location.
• Must have completed National Youth Service Corporation (NYSC)
• Available to work full-time and physically present at the office.
• Strong communication and proven sales skills (especially online sales).
• Able to work Mondays to Saturdays with one day off in a week
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
