Job Title: HR Manager (French-Speaking – Bilingual English & French)

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (French-Speaking) to lead HR operations and support a multilingual workforce. Full professional fluency in both English and French is mandatory, as this role will directly support French-speaking employees, liaise with Francophone stakeholders, and manage HR matters across French-speaking markets.

‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across regions.
• ‎Serve as the primary HR contact for French-speaking employees and managers.
• ‎Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution in both English and French.
• ‎Oversee recruitment for French-speaking markets, including conducting interviews in French.
• ‎Drive performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives bilingually.
• ‎Draft HR policies, contracts, and official communications in both languages.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ‎Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• ‎5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• ‎Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) – required.
• ‎Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
