Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• We are expanding and looking for experienced recruitment consultants and team leaders who want to operate in a serious, performance-driven environment.
• This is not a role for beginners.
• It is for recruiters who already understand how to generate revenue, manage clients, and close deals.

Opportunity

• You will operate as a full 360 or 180 Recruitment Consultant, owning your desk and building your market.
• Your focus will be simple: win business, deliver talent, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities include

• Developing new client relationships through direct business development and networking
• Managing existing client accounts and expanding wallet share
• Identifying and engaging high-calibre professionals, including senior executives
• Managing multiple live assignments while delivering against commercial targets
• Presenting strong candidate shortlists and advising clients with credibility
• Negotiating and closing placements
• Building a strong personal brand within your specialist market
• You will have the autonomy to build your desk, supported by an experienced leadership team and established client relationships.

Person Specification
We are interested in speaking with recruiters who can demonstrate:
Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or executive search
• Experience operating in a 360 or 180 billing role
• Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Sector Background (Preferred):
Experience recruiting in one of the following sectors is advantageous:

• Banking / Financial Services
• Technology / Digital
• Oil & Gas / Energy
• Telecommunications
• FMCG / Consumer Markets.
